New York, NY — Carl Fischer Music, Yamaha, D�Addario, and VH1 Save the Music announce the five winners of their 2013 Win Music for Your School Contest. Entrants were asked to submit a 200-word essay or create a three-minute video describing their school programs and how they would benefit from the prizes offered.
Upon learning her school�s program won one of the prize packages, Amy Homburger, a parent and volunteer at University Park Elementary School, said, "This is great news! Thank you for choosing UPark; it's going to be a great year for band at our school."
Carl Fischer Music, Yamaha, D�Addario, and VH1 Save the Music applaud and celebrate all the music programs that submitted to this year�s contest, and wish them all a musically rich 2013-2014 school year.
